To access the University of Houston campus From 45 driving south exit on Spur 5 following the map. If you drive on I45 from the South exit on Old Spanish Trail (Route 90) at ramp 43A, turn right on Martin Luther King Blvd. cross the intersection with Wheeler and the light-rail tracks.
