Our hearts go out to all affected by Hurricane Harvey. We know what a difficult time this will be for our Hellenic community and the city of Houston as a whole. Many have lost their homes and are without electricity. HCC would like to help! We are working diligently with the Consulate of Greece in Houston to help all those affected by the storm.
We will be accepting donations at Theo’s Restaurant (812 Westheimer) as soon as they are open for business. These donations will go to help those of our community that are in need during this trying time.
We are looking for donations of the following items:
- Clothing/shoes (in all sizes)
- Socks
- Packaged foods/non-perishables
- Blankets
- Pillows
- Towels
- Diapers
- Formula
- Toothbrushes/toothpaste
- First aid supplies
- Feminine products
- Shampoo/conditioner
- Soap
- Hand sanitizer
- Pet food
